ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • Orders within Nigeria typically arrive in 5–12 business days.
  • International shipping takes 5–14 business days, depending on location and customs.
  • We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
  • Local and international shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately. If you need to make changes, email us at roccofficial@aol.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Yes, we ship globally. Customs fees or import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Email us at support@roccwears.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the steps.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

PRODUCT & FIT

  • Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help recommend the best fit based on your measurements.
  • Yes. Most ROCC pieces are designed to be unisex unless stated otherwise. Fit may vary slightly depending on the cut.
  • Some items are limited edition and will not restock. Others may return based on demand. Follow us on Instagram [@weroccfashion] to stay updated on drops and restocks.
